Shipping time
DURING SALES PERIODS : Due to high volume of orders, shipments and deliveries may be delayed.

After payment, your orders are processed and prepared by our logistics team before being entrusted to the carrier.
Regardless of the country of delivery, orders placed on our e-shop are
processed within the following time frames:
For all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 12:00, the package is shipped the same day.
For orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 12:00, the package will be shipped the next day.
For orders placed from Friday 1PM until Sunday, the package will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesdays.
For orders placed on public holidays, the package will be shipped the next business day.
These lead times may be extended during periods of high sales activity when we are faced with a large number of orders.
Delivery methods, times and rates
We entrust our shipments to Colissimo, Chronopost, DHL and UPS. Shipping length presented are the responsibility of the carriers and in no case of the company which can not substitute for them.
Delivery is free for standard delivery in European Union. The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering.

European Union
- Standard Delivery : Free (3-4 days)
- Express Delivery : €25 (2-3 days)
Switzerland (local taxes may be applied)
- Standard Delivery : CHF35 (3-4 days)
- Express Delivery : CHF40 (2-3 days)

For non-EU countries, customs duties are paid by the customer and are non-refundable. It is advisable to inquire about local taxes and customs duties before placing an order.
Please carefully inspect the package upon delivery. If it appears tampered with or damaged, sign for the package with reservations or refuse it. In case of unauthorized signature or tampering, notify the courier's office and contact us immediately.
If the package cannot be delivered, the carrier will hold it for a few days and request a new delivery. If the new delivery is not arranged, or if the customer refuses the
package, shipping costs are not refunded. For non-EU countries, 20% of the order value will be deducted from the refund to cover import costs.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact our Customer Service within 24 hours with a picture of the item or defect.
For all your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your package online.
